5% surcharge will be added to your bill to cover debit/credit card payments and their respective administration fees.
If you cancel your booking less than 5 working days before the pickup, the payment made by the customer will not be refunded.
Our drivers will wait for 1 hour for you, if there has been no communication to discuss a further wait, they will leave and your reservation will be cancelled, with no refund.
If you, the customer cancel more than 5 working days before the reservation time, you will receive a refund in full. We will contact you to discuss how this takes place.
